Nova Client — Privacy Policy

1. What We Are

nova-client.com is a static website that provides information and download links for Nova Client, a free Fabric mod for Minecraft. There is no user account system, no login, no payment processing, and no interactive forms that collect personal data.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or process:

• Names, email addresses, or contact information
• Account credentials or passwords
• Payment or financial information
• Cookies or persistent tracking identifiers
• Browser fingerprints or advertising profiles

3. Infrastructure Logs

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare's infrastructure may generate standard server access logs — including IP addresses, request paths, timestamps, and browser user-agent strings — for security, abuse prevention, and service reliability purposes. These logs are processed by Cloudflare under their own privacy policy and are not used by Nova Client for user tracking or profiling.

4. Third-Party Services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). When your browser loads these fonts, a request is sent to Google's servers, which may log your IP address. This is the only third-party service used on this site. We do not use analytics providers, ad networks, or social tracking pixels.

5. File Downloads

When you download a file from this site (e.g., Nova-Client-1.21.11-latest.jar), your request is served by Cloudflare's CDN. Standard CDN access logs may be generated. No personal data is required to download files.

6. Children's Privacy

This site does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. As a static site with no data collection forms, there is no mechanism for any personal data submission.

7. Changes to This Policy

If this privacy policy changes materially, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the site after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
